    A Training Book for Children
Insofar as children are the usual family member wanting an animal, this book makes them part of the whole training aspect, whih I feel is as necessary as their doing chores.

After reading this book, neither you nor your dog will be a “dummy.”
I was searching for a resource written in “plain English” that would help me understand my dog from the inside out.

  6. This review is from: Dog Training for Dummies (Paperback) I thought parts of this book, which was spoken of training, for the most part quite good. The authors give clear and the reasons for their practice. For example, do not say "no" to tell your dog what you want to do instead. If you pass, you are told, for example. Be consistent. Strengthening of controls. They say the command only once. I could cite other examples, but you get the idea discussed: sound, reasonable and humane. Sections of training started to lose some '. I found it boring after a while '. Although the authors are very experienced with all aspects of the care of dogs, I thought it took a while 'to reach their nutritional and medical advice. They spoke of homeopathic remedies, as if they were proven treatments. Are not. There are signs that this is not the same as a statistically significant result from controlled clinical trials. Your opinion about vaccines seemed dangerous and unbalanced. They have too much confidence in their diets and alternative treatments – perhaps have some effect, but not perfect. A well-fed dog was still fleas and infections and diseases. After a little 'heard as Shills for the company that makes the supplements they use. Finally – and I hope you apologize and-cry, but I can not stress this enough – do not put raisins YOUR DOG a nice surprise! Scientists have not yet understood what it is about grapes and raisins, but they are involved in acute toxicity and even death in some dogs. And as someone who lives alone written word, I must say, I felt that the director gave this book, some 200 Page. The text in the second half of the book is to typing errors, full of errors, and the writing is repetitive – has stressed several times, as at one point, but repetitive is like saying the contents of a point to the next. Ugh. Counseling training program was correct. Read this book for this, and ignore the rest.
