If I were a Husky, I really scared the baby!
This dog is extremely uncomfortable about having that baby all up in their face. The dog may love your child but they do not appreciate having their face grabbed. Dogs will tolerate a lot of this kind of behavior for children before snapping so don't think that just because the dog didn't growl or bare teeth this time it means he's ok with this. The dogs ears are back the eyes are wide and the lips are taut. This dog DOES NOT like this interaction with your child and for your child's safety you need to teach her not to grab at dogs faces. My kids are not allowed to touch my dogs face. They can only pet his back and I do this for their safety lest they push his buttons. Also, your dog is a tad overweight. You should be able to easily see where the ribs meet the stomach, it should be defined. Your dog is overweight and no it's not his fluff. I have an Alaskan malamute so I know this type of dog.
