As long as you dilute your shampoo and rinse it out really well and then
dry her completely so that her skin is not damp, you could do it once a
week. Mine get bathed at least once a week because they are therapy dogs
and have to be bathed before each visit. Definitely need to use a really
good moisturizing conditioner, too.
That’s a great video. I always shampoo the legs twice to make sure they are
thoroughly clean. And also his belly & especially the folds between the
thighs.
Where did you get that portable sink? And what shampoo and cinditioner do
you use?

always get very angry everytime I touch his beard..he will bite or make
some “grr” sound when my hand reaches for his beard..pls help me..

Thank you so much for posting this video. It never occurred to me to dilute
the shampoo and use a spray bottle. This will definitely cut the rinsing
time down. I love my Shih Tzu so much. My groomer had to give up her
business due to a family illness. Since then, I haven’t found a groomer
that I Teddy would be comfortable with. He’s a funny boy like that. I just
want to make his baths and grooming at home a more pleasant experience. I
use baby shampoo on him. Do you recommend something else?
why was the dog’s belly not soaped and sudzed? that part of the dog gets
the most direct contact with dirt and icky stuff outside.
How is yours so CALM?! Mine scratches and whines. He is only a baby so

shih tzu extra clean then you bath it twice a week…. I want mine extra
clean so I do twice
