A Reader Asks…
I am taking my dogs to San Francisco for a weekend. They are medium-sized dogs (55 pounds or so). What can I do with them other than take them to a dog park or the beach? Do any restaurants allow dogs to sit outside with their owners while the people eat? Thanks!

To answer all of your questions, yes. You can do all of those things and more with your dogs without a problem. Have fun in San Francisco.
yes most places allow dogs out side on a leash while you eat or drink= a good place on Jackson and Polk called The Bell Tower even has doggy cushions== plus the best blue cheese burgers in town= also a bar restaurant called Zike Gist at Dubose and Valencia lets dogs in on their dog friendly Sunday==enjoy your visit and remember the leash law==
