The Loving Teacup Pomeranian

There seems to be a trend that has started and bloomed over the last several years and it seems to have come from celebrities who love carrying around those tiny in their purses. The idea of having such a tiny dog that you can literally take them anywhere with you is something that appeals to a lot of people and the is one of the smallest dogs you can get.

Knowing what to expect your teacup Pomeranian to look like once full-grown is needed so that you are not let down in the future. As it is, Pomeranians are already small to begin with so you at least don’t have to worry about the teacup Pomeranian to grow too big for you or your house to handle. And don’t let looks deceive you, as the teacup Pomeranian is one little dog that needs a lot of love, attention, and personal hygiene care.

If you truly want a small dog because of the benefits that come with having a dog you can physically manage, and then the teacup Pomeranian is probably the perfect fit for you. Being that the biggest of them will only grow up to seven pounds of weight and eleven inches in height, toy dog is a perfect addition to a lot of loving homes. They also come in a nice variety of solid colors along with a few being mixed with colors.

The colors of the teacup Pomeranian are wide in variety as they come in black, brown, white, or a mix . These puppies usually grow to be about eight to eleven inches in height and three to seven pounds in weight. Their colored coats are long and straight and they need to be brushed daily to prevent a messy buildup of knots and such even though they only shed about once or twice a year. You will also want to make sure that your teacup Pomeranian receives a bath at least once a month to keep them clean and to keep their coat looking sharp.

The teacup Pomeranian is the perfect addition into anyone’s home as long as they do not have small children running around. Although many people see toy breed as a happy and hyper dog, the roughness and scary movements that children display around dogs disturb them easily.

Although they don’t tend to like being around small children, they do well in homes that have other animals although is not necessary for them to be happy.

There is the positive point that they are well with other animals so even though they love their attention, they are still willing to share the spotlight a little with other pets. And just like the brushing that has to be done a lot, their teeth need brushed almost daily as the are prone to missing teeth if not properly cared for.

These little dogs are never mistaken for anything else so you will know a teacup Pomeranian when you see one.
