A Rottweiler attacked and seriously injured a 2-year-old boy in Riverside County on Friday, law enforcement officials said.
The boy was playing at a park in French Valley with his grandparents when the dog dragged him away, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said in a press release.
Authorities are looking for the dog, which ran from the park.
According to TV news reports, the child’s wounds do not appear to be life-threatening.
