How old should i start training my new puppy?

Im getting a white and i want to make sure that he is trained very well im getting my new puppy in june from a breeder who trains police dogs.

When theyre about a year old in dog years you should start.

    You want to start training your puppy as soon as they get home. Start working on good habits and really rewarding him and showing him that it is way better to get praise than not. Potty training begins as soon as you get home. You don’t have to start on complicated stuff yet. Just basics like sit, off, and really making him work for stuff. Give him lots of toys and mind stimulation but remember that as a young puppy his mind can only focus for so long.
