We pretty much all hate writing. We hated it in school, and we hated it in college, and we hate it as adults. It's hard to keep an article flowing, and then you run out of points to mention, making the content uninteresting and bland. However, nowadays when articles can improve website promotion, it's something we really need to face head-on.
A great way to prepare yourself for essay editing is to make an outline. It's good to get your thoughts on paper without worrying about structure. You can start with the seed idea and make a plan for the rest. The article will ultimately be more readable and understandable, but it will also make the article flow more easily.
Start your article outline with an introduction, make bullet points for the body, and summarize your conclusion. Sentences and important ideas will start to formulate themselves while you build the outline and bullet points. You'll wind up with a creative, interesting and appealing article.
Brainstorm first, and write down the best ideas that come to mind. Imagine what might attract a reader's interest. Monitor your time and and do additional research that supports the ideas that you have jotted down. Become truly familiar with the topic.
Next, determine sub topics and sub titles. If your article covers many thoughts, you will then be able to make them clear for the reader using sub titles.
Add to the “meat” of the article. Connect all of your paragraphs and sub topics to form the body. Your introduction should guide your readers into the ideas of your story. Finally, you will also need a conclusion to conclude your points and to drive in the purpose of the article.
After your outline is complete, it can easily be turned into a draft. Repeat this and many times as required. Remember, the draft is meant for your eyes only, so experiment with paragraph and sentence structure so that the article reads how you see fit. Each draft will show you how the article progresses toward completion.
Re-read, re-read, re-read – but refer to your outline to keep yourself on track. Do not get stuck going off on tangents. Your outline is the “control”. Do not waste your outline.
For some, writing articles is an unappealing thought, but an important one to undertake on occasion. Using an outline will help you from going nuts.
