This product is very poorly made. It was either shipped broken or broke immediatly upon use. There is nothing heavy duty about this product. I was extremely disappointed in the purchase and all of the money spent was a complete waste, a total loss. Instead of buying this product, send me half the money you would spend on this leash. At least you will have only lost half as much money and I could use the cash.

|Retractable dog leash,
I was really looking forward to a 26 ft dog leash but it broke the first time I used it and was unfixable. I have a very handy husband who can fix anything but this was not one of them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LEASH TO ANYONE. What a waste of money in this economy.
