How old is he? You may want to try letting him walk around the house with his leash. Make sure that you only do this while you can watch him b/c you do not want him getting the leash caught on something and chocking him.

My puppy hates the damn leash
My friend never did this on his dog. Now i am scared to go over there. None of the videos made were done. His dog is very aggressive. Yesterday it was biting me and barking at me.
I have three Boxer Puppies, 8 weeks old. They are terrified of having a lease on, we are very gentle with them and do not force them to walk when they are fighting the lease. How do I get them past that fear of the lease. It did not help today when a Vet. assistant put a lease on them and tried to drag them in the office. I stopped her and carried them in, what a commotion they made!
I have not started training my puppy yet and he is 8 weeks old I am going to start leash breaking him soon because he needs to know how to walk on a leash. He is a bluehealer so he is pretty smart and he should be able to train easy.
I don’t know how he is going to react to the leash he doesn’t even like his collar what should I do?

I’ve been researching how to train a Corgi for years so I am educated when I get one. You can start training as soon as they open their eyes basically. The sooner the better.
