You get some water, and detergent or peroxide and soak it in a tub, then place it in the dryer….or leave it out to hand dry..

If you spayed your dog, there would be no mess and not worries.

Peroxide will remove it (this time) if you haven’t already washed it. Before it happens again, I hope the mess you’re having now is enough to convince you to spay your dog before she goes in heat again. Duh!

The best way to remove blood from fabric is with hydrogen peroxide. It will foam up instantly and remove the blood. Just scrub a little with an old towel and do it again if necessary. It will take all the blood out, even out of white materials. I have been cleaning carpets and upholstery fro over 25 years and this is one of our best working secrets.

use peroxide on a rag to clean it..let the peroxide sit for a minute on the stain to break down the enzymes, clean off with cold water.
It might be a good idea to have her spayed if she is not a show dog.
