Question by Nikki: do you like 4 or 6 foot dog better?
What's your preference. And I am asking if your dog is leash trained because that makes a difference.

My friend is buying her puppy a new leash and since he is fully leash trained to walk to by her side, is it worth it to pay more for 6 foot since it will most likely be in her hand bundled up cuz the dog isn't pulling?

so i would like to know what you like and you could tell me why if you would like :)))

I just trained two puppies to loosh leash walk and I used a 6ft leash. You can hold it to make it shorter when you need it shorter. I did start out with a harness though (wear the collars around inside to get used to them). I think it made a big difference.

I prefer the infinitely variable retractable leash. Mine will extend to ten feet when the dog is behaving himself.

I think that if the dog isn’t going to be using the extra leash that it would be best to buy the 4ft. I mean why would you need to pay extra for leash length that the dog isn’t going to use?

6 foot leash because u can give the dog a bigger span if needed for his/her business and if other dogs come along u can wrap it around ur hand to make it shorter. Perfect size, 4 foot is too small
