I keep finding all these animals that people take to the country and dump. I do my to feed them and get them shots, but I can't afford it anymore. I need to know if there is any way to get donations for food. Even would help. And I need to know if there is a vet that would be willing to give me a discount on spaying, neutering, and shots.

talk to your local officals about non-profit organizations, that way you can do this tax free, and can get help from organizations like pet smart who love to have adoption agencys come in with there dogs and cats on weekends to look for potiental new familys.

that is a good question, you can try grocery stores, feed/pet stores, Wal-Mart, etc. and ask them if they can donate the contents of the bags that accidently get cut open. the rescue my wife and i volunteered with for awhile did this and we had plenty of mixed dog food. we had to supply a container for them to put the food in. most of the suppliers are only worried about getting the bags back. they could care less about the contents.

also a 501c3 can get you more places than doing it on your own.
