I have looked at various websites but it's really hard to find nice designer stuff for dogs. Are there any sites that have LV, Chanel, or other brands like that who carry dog stuff? What about ‘inspired by' replicas?

I think you might want to consider a comfortable item rather than designer, you pet isnt a fashion accessory, maybe a nice collar and lead from pets at home with a posh tag tag engraved with all his details. That really is all your pet needs, unless he has alopecia in which case then yes get a nice coat as well.
If you are really keen to dress it up like a childs dolly then try pucci pets.
You can find a lot of this stuff on eBay. The majority of the items are discounted, as eBay is generally for resellers and are in competition with one another. There are some websites that I simply do not trust because of past experiences. I always purchase my stuff on eBay and usually have great transactions.
