He will know that anything that you try to teach him is something that is worth learning because it will garner your love and respect especially when some sort of treat is involved. Showing your puppy support is easy and it shows when you try to teach him something new after you successfully reward him for whatever he did earlier. It's a process that goes a long way in reinforcing your relationship with him and shows him that you are his leader and that he knows his place with you.
Raising a puppy is very hard to do and it isn't something that should be entered into lightly because it requires a lot of attention and a lot of dedication. When raising a puppy make sure that you are thinking about the long run and his future.
